A Little History, A Lot of Character

Long before it became a place for travelers to stay, this property was part of the Stinnett family legacy in Wears Valley. In 1975, a roadside motel was built on the land, beginning a new chapter that would span more than four decades. Family-owned and operated until 2021, the property has welcomed generations of visitors traveling through the peaceful side of the Smokies.

Kind Words From Our Guests

One of Our Favorite Places!

"Wears Valley is always one of our favorite places to stay when visiting the area. It's close to Pigeon Forge but far from the congestion and traffic. This AirBNB is close to Elvira's (great breakfast) as well as coffee shops. It is also close to Foothills Parkway & Townsend. We stayed in a king sized bedroom (#1). The room is just like the pictures. The AC works great and the sitting areas outside are super cute."

Nice View of the Mountains

"Easy to find, quiet, well away from the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Nice view of mountains across the street."

Wonderful Place to Stay

"We stayed 6 wonderful nights, it is hard to find a good clean dog friendly establishment. They even have a very nice dog area to play in with grass. The 2 bedroom room was very spacious with lots of room, nice kitchen and livingroom. I meet the staff and they could not be more friendly and attentive to the guest needs. 10 out of 10."
